Price Match Promise

As a small, independent company we pride ourselves on our excellent choice of quality homewares for everyone. Our team are committed to monitoring our pricing strategy to ensure we continuously offer the most competitive prices. In the unlikely event that you find an identical product from a local retailer at a lower cost, we will be happy to match their price. Please check the following before submitting a price match request.

Like For Like

The items must be identical and brand new. We cannot price match on clearance / sold as seen products.

Isle of Wight Delivery

We can only price match retailers who deliver to the Isle of Wight. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Delivery Cost

If the retailer will deliver to the Isle of Wight, the price match submission must include cost of delivery to the Isle of Wight. 

HOW TO SUBMIT A PRICE MATCH REQUEST

We must be able to verify the price match to ensure the offer is like for like and meets all the above, before agreeing to match it. Requests to price match must be made at point of purchase or within 14 days of the purchase date. Upon submitting your request, we will require proof of the cheaper price with delivery to the Isle of Wight. This can be in the form of a screenshot of the final stage of the checkout on the competitor’s website or a written quote.
