Your application to pay by finance has been referred to the underwriter at Creation Finance. This usually means that Creation Finance need to make some additional checks before offering a final decision on your finance application. This process can take as little as 15 minutes, however, please be advised that on some occasions it may take up to 24 hours to receive a decision from Creation Finance. Creation Finance will contact you by email to notify you of the outcome of your application for finance.

Your order has been placed on hold and will be processed once your application has been accepted.

In the event that your application for finance is declined, will be in contact in as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
