We are excited to now be able to offer same day delivery to Isle of Wight addresses. 

To qualify for FREE same day delivery:

  • Items that state they are 'In Stock'
  • Orders placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • Have an Isle of Wight delivery address
  • Orders over £100 qualify for FREE same day delivery. Orders under £100 will be charged £10 for same day delivery. 





How do I report a quality problem?

If your products are found to be defective or damaged in any way at the time of delivery, it should be reported by our delivery team who will then communicate the details to our Customer Service Department.

If a defect is discovered after delivery, you must contact us by email within 3 days of the delivery or, in the event of a latent defect, within 3 days of the date upon which it is discovered.

We to deliver all our furniture in perfect condition, however sometimes things can go wrong. This is obviously very disappointing to both yourselves and us, if when you order has been unwrapped and the items are showing signs of transit damage.

  • If our drivers are still with you then they will call the customer service team and will take photos or the damage.
  • The customer service team will then explain the process moving forward and provide an estimated time allocated to the next stage of the process.
  • A customer service will be logged against your order and one of our customer service team members will be allocated to look after the issue.
